Eye makeup is a key component to makeup. It draws attention to the eyes by defining them. Eyeliners provide this definition from time immemorial. These are softer pencil eyeliners that contain wax for easy application. Like the regular pencil liner, they also come in a variety of colors from the very intense or dark to paler or lighter shades such as beige or white.
